We offer professional face painters and body artists based in Los Angeles, offering face painting, glitter and airbrush tattoos, balloon art and characters for parties in the greater Los Angeles area, including Central and West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Culver City, Venice, Brentwood, Hollywood, Studio City, Glendale, Sherman Oaks, Inglewood, Lakewood, Long Beach and the surrounding areas.

RATES: CORPORATE/LARGE EVENTS (over 30 guests, catered events, event planners)

We work with some of the top event planners, corporations and caterers in the nation where we provide top level artists and entertainment, together with exceptional service. We provide your guests with memorable experiences which frequently are referred to as "the highlight" of the party.

Our pricing is based on the level of experience and skill of the artists keeping in mind the client needs and budget. Each client is different and each event is unique. Please contact us for a custom quote for your event.

Additional Costs which may be included in our quote:

Travel -- Depending on distance and time of event, which we all know affect traffic and travel time, an additional travel fee may be required when an event takes place further than 5 miles from 90210.

Equipment -- Our artists have basic equipment needs to perform their services (tables, chairs, adequate lighting and weather protection). When client cannot provide these items they are available for rent. Additional set up time will be added to contracted time where applicable.

Parking - Must be pre-paid, reimbursed or validated for each artist.

Extended Time -- Our artists will always attempt to provide services to as many guests as possible within the contracted time, however there are times when guests remain who wish to participate when our contracted time is up. Providing that our artists are not obligated to depart promptly in order to travel to another engagement, additional time may be added in 1/4 hour increments at a premium rate. We encourage you to book adequate time in advance at our regular rates.

Holiday Rates -- Rates on Major Holidays, three-day weekends and surrounding dates may be subject to a holiday surcharge. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Late Bookings -- Bookings made less than 7 days prior to the event may incur a late booking fee. We encourage you to book your events at least 3 weeks prior.

Line Manager -- For festivals and larger events, a Line Manager is highly recommended to enable us to provide art to as many guests as possible. You may designate someone from your organization or we can provide one starting at $25 per hour.

Do you require a booking fee?
Yes, to reserve your date we require a non-refundable booking fee (retainer). The booking fee is 50% of the total cost of services and is payable at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied to services for another event (within 90 days) subject to availability and provided that your original event is canceled with at least 14 days notice. Your booking fee is forfeited if your event is canceled within 14 days of your event.

Your booking will NOT be final until your booking fee and signed service agreement are received, so please get them in as soon as possible - thanks!

What types of payment do you accept?
For corporate and larger events we accept PayPal, Credit Cards, checks, or cash.

What is needed for artists to set up?

Our face and body artists (face painting, temporary tattoos, henna artists) require a safe area to set up -- away from any sources of loud music (bands, speakers), a regular height table and 2 chairs per artist. Weather protection is a must so if the artists are to set up outdoors, a tent/canopy is required. The exception would be where continuous full shade is provided by a large building (like a soundstage). Trees are not adequate protection for your guests, our artists or their materiels which are senstive to heat. Adequate lighting is necessary for our artists to work indoors and outside when event continues into the evening. When available, access to outlet and extension cord for airbrush artists and balloon artists. Access to drinking water and restrooms are needed for events longer than 3 hours.
